Can I change my card’s design?
Yes, any time. Just message us on WhatsApp or email us with the changes you’d like — and we’ll take care of them for you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Just drop us a quick message on WhatsApp, send an email or give us a call. We’ll handle it.
I forgot my password
Go to bonuskarte.digital and click Forgot password. You’ll then receive an email with a link to reset it.
My QR code isn’t working
Make sure you’re using the QR code from your dashboard — not one you created yourself or photographed. If it still doesn’t work, send us a screenshot on WhatsApp and we’ll help you right away.

Your current QR code is always available in your dashboard, under the menu item for your stamp card. From there you can download it or print it directly.
