Sharing Your Card With Customers

The more customers have your stamp card, the more often they come back. Here are the best ways to get your card out into the world.

Put up a QR code

The QR code is the easiest way for customers to load your card onto their phone. One quick scan — and the card is saved in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

The best spots for your QR code:

  • Till / counter — right where people pay (highest attention)
  • Table display — customers can scan at their leisure while they wait
  • Menu — as a small note on the last page or the back
  • Front door / shop window — even passers-by get curious
  • Pickup counter — perfect for takeaway customers
💡

Tip

A short line next to the QR code works wonders: “Load your stamp card onto your phone — get [your reward] free on your 10th visit!” That way customers immediately know what’s in it for them.

You can use your personal share link anywhere you talk to customers online:

  • WhatsApp — send the link to regulars or share it in your WhatsApp group
  • Instagram — put the link in your bio or share it in a Story
  • Facebook — post the link on your page with a short note
  • Google Business Profile — add the link as your website or under “Updates”
  • Email signature — attach the link to every email you send

Note

You’ll find your share link in the email you received when you started. If you can’t locate it, just drop us a message and we’ll send it again.

Tips for more installs

Talk to customers directly

Nothing beats a personal conversation: “Have you seen our stamp card yet? Just scan the QR code — get a free coffee on your 10th visit.” It takes 10 seconds and works better than any poster.

Give a welcome stamp

Give new customers a stamp right on their first visit. It lowers the barrier to getting started and gives them a reason to come back.

💡

Tip

A welcome stamp is the best icebreaker. When customers see they already have a stamp, they’re not starting from zero — and they’re more likely to return.

Brief your team

Take a moment to explain to your team how the card works. When everyone knows the ropes, the card gets offered far more often. Five minutes is all it takes.

Boost visibility

  • Put the QR code up in several places, not just one
  • Change its position now and then — a fresh spot catches more eyes
  • Run promotions like “This week: double stamps!” to draw attention
